We are looking for an experienced and professional Administrative Secretary to support our organization. The Administrative Secretary will be responsible for providing clerical support to various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Administrative Secretary Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support, including filing, typing, copying, scanning, and data entry
Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing correspondence
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare agendas and take detailed minutes during meetings
Prepare, proofread, and edit documents
Create and maintain filing systems
Process and track invoices, payments, and other documents
Administrative Secretary Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience a plus
Minimum two years of administrative and clerical experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Able to handle confidential information with discretion
