Job Description

Embark on an exciting journey as a Virtual Administrative Assistant with a cutting-edge digital services company. Responsibilities
  • Manage and streamline email communications for executives and high-profile clients, ensuring prompt and professional responses
  • Spearhead task management using Monday.com, coordinating project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
  • Orchestrate calendar management and scheduling for the team, optimizing time management and productivity
  • Review, organize, and enhance documents using Google Workspace, maintaining a well-structured digital filing system
  • Liaise with clients to deliver project updates and maintain clear, effective communication channels
  • Proactively identify and execute various administrative tasks to support team efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project execution and client service delivery
Requirements
  • Native-level English proficiency, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Monday.com or similar project management tools, with a knack for optimizing workflows
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks without dropping the ball
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and proactively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and ability to leverage these tools for maximum productivity
  • Availability to work during US East Coast (EST) business hours, ensuring real-time collaboration with the team
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new skills, with potential interest in expanding into SEO, WordPress, and Upwork optimization
  • Previous experience in a virtual assistant role or similar position in a digital services environment is a plus
