Summary

This is a critical business role supporting the local sales leadership on strategic, operational, and coaching perspectives to achieve business results for the country, Act as a partner to sales leadership with regards to the sales operation in the country. This person shall be a country contact ensuring global sales effectiveness with responsibility for driving sales towards the standard operating model and towards the global sales strategy.

Job description

 RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

•    Identify and describe proposals for potential improvements in order to achieve higher process quality, e.g. within Batch management, Partner Program, Deal registration, Partner portal, Lead management, Quotation, Strategic Accounts Program, etc.
•    Cooperate on projects defined at department/division level.
•    Support establishment of global standards in workflow, usage of global CRM tool and roll-out the standards to countries.
•    Act as a Business Key User for a global CRM tool.
•    Identify the needs for a change in other company systems and address the need to the respective department in order to keep business functionality of CRM.
•    Participate on meetings focused on development of other sales related systems used in the company and support their development (if requested) with regards to Global Sales Excellence mission and CRM tool.
•    Cooperate on creating understandable business specification/description for business system teams with the aim to deploy potential change requests in CRM.
•    Participate on sales campaigns (define campaigns´ goals, conditions for Partners/offices, create ppt presentation, roll-out to countries, request dashboards, set promo codes, etc.).
•    Participate on development of Salesforce dashboards for sales teams related to sales campaigns, white space analysis, new product launches, etc.
•    Provide a business support for offices on global CRM.
•    Prepare a process documentation based on interactions with process owners and participants, keep the existing documentation up-to-date.
•    Prepare and keep up-to date training materials connected with CRM; roll-out to colleagues (to Business Key users) and train people within the local office.
•    Perform conceptual, systemic, creative and methodological activities.
•    Carry out other tasks according to the instructions of the direct manager in accordance with the activities of the department and the company.

Education:
•    University degree (business degree is preferred)

Experience:
•    At least 2 years of similar position
•    Experience with usage of CRM as an end-user
•    Experience with systems for managing indirect sales channels (reseller portals, ordering portals, marketing centers, certification portals etc.) and/or experience with lead management in CRM
•    Experience with change management
•    Process documentation software, process diagrams.

•    English language B2
