Job description

Sales Operations Specialist – Remote – Bilingual in English and a European or Nordic language preferred.

What you’ll do as a Sales Operations Specialist?

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in optimising sales processes and supporting a dynamic sales team to deliver high-quality sales assets, improve sales productivity, and drive business growth. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence within the sales function, enhancing sales processes, and optimising workflows to ensure efficiency. Working closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams, you’ll align strategies and deliver impactful campaigns while ensuring seamless execution and providing essential data insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Day to Day you’ll…

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies with business goals and develop comprehensive campaign plans.
  • Manage the creation of sales assets such as battle cards, one-pagers, pitch decks, demo scripts, and digital content to engage customers.
  • Analyse sales data, prepare reports, and present insights to the sales leadership to inform future strategies.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure the seamless execution of sales tools, platforms, and workflows, improving automation and adoption.
  • Provide ongoing sales enablement and training to ensure teams have the resources needed to succeed.

You’ll have…

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role, ideally within IT services or tech.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot, and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales enablement.
  • Proven ability to analyse data and generate insights to improve sales performance.
  • Willingness to travel across the EMEA region.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in an additional European or Nordic language
