Job description

Job Description:

Applied Systems, a worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently searching for a Customer Implementation Specialist to join our outstanding EZLynx integration team. You will work directly with customers to identify the necessary activities required to complete each customer’s implementation and follow through to ensure that the activities are performed on time and with high quality. You will own the customer relationship from the point of sale through the completion of the implementation and subsequent hand-off to our Customer Support team. You will be responsible for sustaining the highest level of customer satisfaction with the end-to-end implementation process.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Manage EZLynx implementation projects, including project planning, execution, and timely communication with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality implementations.
  • Identify and manage customer expectations, including communicating difficult/sensitive information to customers, the project team, and management.
  • Work with customers to gather requirements, assess needs, and provide guidance on best practices and workflows to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and dashboards to ensure that implementation milestones are met.
  • Form strong and productive working relationships with customers, managing to keep customers on track toward achieving mutual goals.
  • Partner with product and project team members to ensure the completion of all deliverables across the project.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions, tasks completed, project status, and action items.
  • Continually seek feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement in our implementation process.
  • Manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and client satisfaction.
  • Assist clients with making product-related configuration decisions.
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of company products, usage, features, etc.

 

What You’ll Need to Succeed


We’re looking for someone who:

  • Can work remotely or from an Applied Systems office

Your experience should include some or all of the following:

  • Three or more years of project management or software implementation experience
  • Ability to establish credibility with clients at various levels based on industry, product, and technical knowledge
  • Ability to conduct troubleshooting for product issues
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and consistently meet deadlines
  • Functional proficiency with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Additionally, you may have:

  • Insurance industry experience
  • Experience using EZLynx or Applied Systems software
