Your work will lay the foundation for next-generation tools that enable smarter, faster, and more effective talent acquisition strategies for our clients.
As the leader of this transformation, you’ll collaborate with engineering, product, and AI teams to design a unified data environment capable of supporting AI agents, machine learning models, and real-time insights. Your efforts will unlock new capabilities in automation, personalization, and proactive recommendations, giving our clients a strategic edge in the competitive hiring landscape.
This role requires a rare combination of technical depth, business acumen, and leadership excellence. The ideal candidate is a seasoned product leader with experience driving data strategy for complex platforms, enabling AI-driven insights, and scaling big data systems to support innovation and growth. Looker expertise is a must, as you’ll ensure key stakeholders and teams have the data visibility they need to drive smarter decisions and achieve better outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision for a next-generation data infrastructure that fuels AI-driven decision-making, real-time analytics, and predictive insights.
- Build and own the product roadmap for data platforms and pipelines, ensuring they support machine learning models, AI agents, and strategic decision systems.
- Partner with data engineering, architecture, and AI teams to design scalable, future-proof data systems that provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
- Enhance data availability, quality, and performance, enabling fast, accurate, and automated decision-making within our client-facing platforms.
- Lead data transformation initiatives, moving from static, manual reporting systems to dynamic, real-time insight engines.
- Enable advanced AI and LLM (Large Language Model) capabilities by ensuring structured, contextualized, and high-quality data is readily accessible for intelligent automation.
- Act as a key bridge between business strategy and technical execution, translating strategic goals into product requirements for data tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and client teams to ensure our platforms deliver meaningful, timely insights that drive client success.
- Oversee Looker implementation and governance, ensuring that Looker is optimized to support business intelligence and analytics needs across the organization.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers and data-focused product leaders, fostering growth and technical excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong emphasis on data platforms, big data infrastructure, or AI-driven product development.
- Proven experience leading data transformation initiatives that enable AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation at scale.
- Expertise in big data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS Redshift) and experience shaping data strategy for large-scale analytics environments.
- Proficiency in Looker, with experience overseeing LookML, dashboard development, and stakeholder alignment on key metrics and insights.
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and LLMs (Large Language Models), with experience building the data systems that enable them to operate effectively.
- Strong technical acumen, with experience in data modeling, data lake architecture, and real-time data processing.
- Collaborative leadership skills, with a track record of aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders around a shared vision.
- Experience driving the development of intelligent, real-time analytics products that turn raw data into predictive insights and personalized recommendations.
