As a Product Manager, you will have a multi-faceted role:
Responsibilities.
Conduct Customer Discovery: Process customer feedback, conduct surveys, participate in customer discovery calls, and analyze results to drive customer-centric product priorities.
Analyze customer engagement with our product to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and further delight our users.
Collaborate with designers to create engaging and delightful user experiences.
Partner with other organizational stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
Work closely with the engineering team to clarify priorities and refine features and application performance.
Develop a thorough understanding of our markets, competition, and customer needs.
Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
Develop solutions to problems by collaborating across regions, product areas, and functions.
Minimum Qualifications
Four years of technical product management experience, including building strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams.
Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, design thinking, and leading design discussions.
Experience building web products and technologies.
Proven track record influencing multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic marketing knowledge, product development/coding, UX, design, and sales.
A proven track record of managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
Proven experience effectively working with multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, or Marketing.
Proven experience conducting extensive market research.
Data analysis and visualization in Python.
Experience defining and validating Product Market Fit.
