The Role

The Principal Product Manager leads the development and continuous improvement of ZoomInfo's Talent Products suite, driving strategic vision and execution in an AI-driven SaaS environment. This leader owns end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation through launch, while building and mentoring a high-performing product management team. The role requires deep collaboration across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams, as well as direct engagement with enterprise clients and C-suite stakeholders to ensure product success. They are responsible for driving company ARR through strategic product decisions, maintaining market leadership through innovation, and delivering measurable business outcomes while staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.

 

What You’ll Do (Essential Functions) 

  • Defines and executes the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ZoomInfo Talent Products suite while ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.

  • Builds and mentors a high-performing Product Management team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Partners with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales teams to drive successful product development and delivery, balancing speed and quality throughout the process.

  • Engages directly with enterprise clients and C-suite stakeholders to gather insights, validate solutions, and maintain strong relationships that inform product development.

  • Makes data-driven decisions by defining and tracking key performance indicators, analyzing market trends, and evaluating competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Leads the implementation of AI and machine learning solutions within the product suite while maintaining technical expertise in relevant frameworks and technologies.

  • Presents product updates, roadmaps, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, demonstrating impact on business outcomes and market position.

  • Drives company ARR by developing and executing product strategies that fuel adoption, expansion, and retention across the customer base.

  • Collaborates with UI/UX designers to ensure product functionality meets design standards and delivers intuitive user experiences tailored to recruiters and hiring managers.

  • Champions product initiatives internally and externally while managing stakeholder expectations through effective communication and transparency.

  • Comply with all applicable Company policies and procedures. 

  • Regular and consistent attendance, including in-person attendance where required.

What You Bring (Required Qualifications)

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a demonstrated track record in B2B SaaS or related industries.

  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycles and deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and product development methodologies.

  • Familiarity with frameworks and technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and big data systems.

  • Strong collaboration skills, with a history of working closely with engineering, design, and sales teams.

  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proactive, action-oriented approach with a proven ability to drive results efficiently.

  • Passionate about challenging the status quo and defining new possibilities.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong team player with a commitment to supporting colleagues and celebrating both wins and lessons learned.

  • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

 

Helpful to Have (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience leading products specifically focused on recruiting or talent acquisition.

 

Working Conditions

Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
