Job Description
We seek a detail-oriented Business Development (BD) and Marketing Operations Coordinator to support our growth efforts at BPM LLP, an accounting and advisory firm. This role ensures that business development and marketing initiatives align with the firm's strategic goals, supporting client acquisition, retention, and growth. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and contributing to both business development and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Traffic Management
Serve as the central coordinator for business development and marketing projects. Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including: Scheduling and facilitating pre-project planning meetings with stakeholders. Monitoring project milestones and conducting mid-project check-ins. Organizing post-project review meetings to analyze outcomes and document learnings. Use project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) to track deadlines, deliverables, and resources. Create and maintain project timelines to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule. Document and distribute meeting notes, action items, and project updates. Identify and address potential timeline conflicts or resource constraints. Maintain clear communication channels between team members, partners, and stakeholders.
Marketing Operations
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business development objectives. Organize and maintain the firm’s digital asset library, ensuring easy access for team members. Implement and maintain a clear file organization and version control system for marketing materials. Archive outdated materials and maintain documentation of asset usage rights and expiration dates.
Business Development Support
Collaborate with partners and the Chief Revenue Officer to identify and prioritize new business opportunities. Assist in the preparation of proposals, client presentations, and RFP responses tailored to accounting and advisory services. Update the CRM system with accurate business development data (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce). Track business development metrics, including client engagement, pipeline status, and revenue growth opportunities. Coordinate the scheduling and logistics for client meetings, networking events, and webinars. Support cross-selling and upselling initiatives by identifying opportunities within the firm's client base.
Reporting Support
Pull performance data from platforms such as GA4, HubSpot, and Salesforce. Organize and consolidate data into actionable reports for business development and marketing leaders. Maintain dashboards with current performance metrics, including lead generation and campaign ROI. Prepare report presentations for team meetings and stakeholder reviews. Keep detailed records of historical campaign and business development performance data. QualificationsBachelor’s degree. 4 years of experience in business development, marketing, or project coordination. Familiarity with the professional services industry, preferably in accounting or advisory. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Experience leading meetings and coordinating cross-functional teams.
