You'll be the backbone of our hiring operations, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Lead. Your role is pivotal in handling tasks that range from sourcing top talent, engaging with candidates, and creating exceptional candidate experiences, all the way to offer management. You'll ensure smooth recruitment processes while contributing to the growth and success of our team.

Responsibilities šŸ¤“

āž¤ Contribute to the creation of job descriptions and publish job postings on the company website and job boards.
āž¤ Actively source and engage with potential candidates through the company's applicant tracking systems and external channels.
āž¤ Review candidate pools and assist in shortlisting the most qualified talent.
āž¤ Ensure the ATS Lever pipeline is consistently updated with accurate candidate information, including key metrics such as salaries and stage progression.
āž¤ Provide personalized follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process and deliver timely, constructive feedback.
āž¤ Schedule and coordinate video/phone interviews positively and engagingly to ensure an enjoyable and effective candidate experience.
āž¤ Collaborate closely with technical evaluators involved in hiring processes for data-related roles.
āž¤ Assist in preparing and reviewing offer letters for prospective hires.
āž¤ Ensure the integrity of data in the Applicant Tracking System is consistently maintained.
