Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for calculating commissions from orders and managing data related to order fulfillment processes. Your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and process optimization will help ensure accurate commission calculations and streamline our order fulfillment operations. Key Responsibilities:

Commission Calculation & Reporting:
  • Accurately calculate commissions based on order data, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and aligned with commission structures.
  • Generate regular commission reports for internal teams, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Identify discrepancies in commission data and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve any issues.
Order Fulfillment Data Management:
  • Maintain and analyze data related to the order fulfillment process, including shipping, tracking, inventory, and customer delivery timelines.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with order fulfillment, such as order accuracy, delivery time, and fulfillment rates.
  • Develop and manage dashboards to monitor order fulfillment performance and identify trends or areas for improvement.

Data Quality & Accuracy:
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for commission calculations and order fulfillment analysis.
  • Conduct regular data audits and implement strategies to maintain high data quality standards.
Process Improvement & Automation:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies in the order fulfillment and commission calculation processes.
  • Suggest and implement data-driven improvements to streamline workflows and optimize performance.
  • Explore opportunities for automation to reduce manual effort and improve reporting accuracy.
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to gather required data and ensure seamless communication across departments.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management, providing insights into commission trends and fulfillment performance.
Contracts Module and Procurement Support

• Upload contracts to the CRM and ensure all contract details are accurately entered.
• Collaborate with fulfillment, field service, and sales teams to deploy products efficiently.
• Serve as an order process champion, understanding all stages from the time of sale through customer invoicing.
• Maintain strong communication with the Procurement Specialist to stay updated on support needs

Miscellaneous Sales Operations Projects

• Conduct database information cleanup and other projects as assigned.




Requirements
Requirements:

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a commission-based or order fulfillment-related role.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with advanced knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with data analytics software or platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
  • Familiarity with commission tracking software or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is a plus.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.
  • Ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to drive informed decision-making.
Communication & Collaboration:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an easy-to-understand format.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence process improvements.
Organizational Skills:
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in commission structures and compensation models.
  • Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and supply chain management.
  • Previous experience with automation tools or data integration platforms is a plus.
