About the Role

As a Data Analyst you will work with on-chain and off-chain data to create report, spreadsheets and dashboards to enable data-driven decision making, facilitate operations and improve the community's visibility on the network and its ecosystem's tractions.

Responsibilities

• Creating queries and dashboards to facilitate the monitoring of validator block and oracle signing performance, as well as tool to easily export the list of validators and their relevant metrics.
• Custom on-chain metrics dashboards to be used internally as OKR/KPIs monitoring tools, potentially with automated reporting mechanisms.
• Dashboards analyzing the distribution of liquidity and incentives on the network over time and the effectiveness of said incentives, ideally automating recommendations based on a provided framework.
• Community oriented dashboards providing tokenomic and network health information including native token burn, network revenue and more at a glance
• Orderbook liquidity, volume and user trends dashboards
• Protocol-owned-liquidity monitoring and dashboards to track the utility, risk and value of POL initiatives over time
• Collaborate with technical team to refine and optimize the presentation of data on dashboards, enhancing user experience and data accessibility

Qualifications

• 3+ years of practical experience in data analysis and statistical modeling techniques
• Experienced with Google BigQuery
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, SQL and other data
• Excellent knowledge of data science methodologies for data analysis, understanding of data types, themes, scientific challenges, and approaches, including statistical analytics
• Proficiency in using data sources and applications for research purposes
• Experience in cryptocurrencies, particularly with Cosmos, is highly advantageous
• English B2+
