Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years in a product or technology leadership role, with a proven track record of successful operational strategy, development, and execution.
- 5+ years experience with program management using strategic, analytic, and creative evaluation with a focus on systematic problem solving of company/customer experience pain points.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent program/project management experience.
- Experience with assessing and resolving complex issues.
- Experience in project management disciplines – scope, schedule, budget, risk, and issue management.
- Experience in development/deployment of custom applications/services to provide distinct solutions to complex business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or a closely related field or equivalent program/project management experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading product or service development in a confidential or highly competitive environment.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and guiding teams toward achieving provided objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate project strategy and complex ideas clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical consulting experience with executives.
- Knowledge of current AI and emerging GenAI technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Establish programs to accelerate company results, streamline processes, provide visibility of effort, and otherwise ensure company objectives are achieved effectively and efficiently.
- Own and drive delivery of project tasks, activities, milestones, and resources.
- Develop, maintain, and manage project requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks, and challenges.
- Schedule, measure, and regularly report on progress, milestones & deliverables.
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Engage leadership to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress.
- Ensure scope and schedule for commitments are clearly defined, agreed upon, and communicated across stakeholder and leadership teams
- Ensure agreement, alignment and sign-off of initiatives and key deliverables from all respective stakeholders and approvers
- Support and be inclusive of a variety of business owners, recognizing multiple parties/organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities
- Provide required support on all Salesforce projects/programs (planning, resourcing, reporting)
- Maintain appropriate project documentation repositories
Salary Range:
The on-target earnings range 142,376 to Max: 213,564. Includes a base salary and incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
