  • Account Director - Strategic Account Team

    As an Account Director within our strategic accounts team, you would be responsible for selling the Customer Success Platform (#1 B2B and B2C platform) and all the amazing applications including Marketing, Commerce, Service, Communities, Sales, Collaboration, and Industries, which are all built on the Salesforce Platform. In other words, you would sell it all while leveraging internal resources from prospect to close.

    Your Impact
    You will work closely with a strategic enterprise customer as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will consult with customers on the Salesforce Platform to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organizations. You will contribute to our business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our Ohana.

    Your Qualifications
    For this role, the years of experience and skill set needed to be successful is a minimum of 10+ yrs, or more, of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience in addition to managing 1 or a small set of large accounts in a lead sales role.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $172,850 to $231,200.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
