Job Title: Inbound Lead Specialist
Location: Remote (MST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (MST)

About the Company

Our client is a company specializing in tax return and bookkeeping services, offering tailored solutions to help clients grow their businesses. The company values exceptional customer support, efficiency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management:

Manage the website chat function, responding to visitor inquiries in real time.
Rapidly contact new leads from web form submissions within minutes of receipt.
Qualify leads through phone, email, and texting, assessing fit and following up as needed.
Handle overflow calls during business hours to ensure all incoming inquiries are attended to.

Sales Process Support:

Determine whether leads should be managed as retail opportunities or referred to the dealer network.
Utilize internal systems to locate suitable dealers and ensure successful handoffs, following up when necessary.
Disqualify leads that do not meet criteria to maintain focus on quality opportunities.

Collaboration and Additional Duties:

Assist the project management team by identifying and vetting potential installers.
Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system, tracking all progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and minimal accent.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in phone, email, and texting for professional communication.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management software.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice-to-Haves:

Familiarity with Airtable and CRM platforms.
Background in customer service or sales related to physical products, specially building materials.
Knowledge of US geography to assist in lead qualification and dealer referrals.
