This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Source new speaking engagement opportunities for the consultant
Apply to speaking engagements using provided materials and guidelines
Manage and update a Monday.com board to track application statuses and deadlines
Research and identify relevant conferences, webinars, and seminars in the HR and business management space
Ensure all application details are accurate and tailored to each opportunity
Potentially expand responsibilities to support lead generation for consulting clients and manage client intake processes
Requirements:
Proficiency with Monday.com or similar project management tools
Strong research and organizational skills
Excellent written communication for crafting and submitting applications
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
Familiarity with the HR consulting or professional services industry is a plus
Comfortable with virtual work environment and tools
Scope:
Part-time role, minimum 20 hours per week - Monday to Friday anywhere between 8 AM to 5 PM MST
Potential to expand to full-time based on performance and business growth
Primary focus on speaking engagement lead generation, with possibility to grow into broader business support
No voice interaction required initially; all tasks can be completed via email and project management tools
