Job description

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in generating and nurturing leads through various channels, supporting inside sales, and managing targeted email marketing campaigns. Proficiency in Google Ads and experience with data scraping are desirable additional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads.
    • Utilize multiple channels including social media, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising to drive lead acquisition.
    • Continuously monitor and optimize lead generation campaigns.

  • Email Marketing:
    • Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns aimed at lead nurturing and customer engagement.
    • Track and analyze email campaign performance.

  • Inside Sales Support:
    • Qualify and transition leads smoothly through the sales pipeline.
    • Conduct follow-up communications with leads to further qualify and convert them into customers.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Google Ads Management:
    • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns to support lead generation efforts.
    • Perform keyword research, write effective ad copy, and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
    • Analyze and report on campaign metrics, adjusting strategies to improve results.

  • Data Scraping (Plus):
    • Use data scraping tools and techniques to gather and analyze relevant data for lead generation and marketing insights.
    • Ensure data quality and compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation, email marketing, and inside sales support.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, including campaign creation, management, and optimization.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Familiarity with data scraping tools and techniques is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
