Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

• 20 hours a week
• Permanent work from home
• Monday to Friday
• Flexible within AEST work hours

Job Description:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and sales
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and other methods
• Create and maintain a database of potential customers and manage follow-up calls
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers, including resolving any issues or concerns they may have
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Keep accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
• Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve company goals and objectives
• Manage the inbox to process orders, including taking orders from returning clients

Requirements
• Proven telesales experience, preferably in B2B sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales skills, including the ability to close deals and overcome objections
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
