Job Title: Telesales Consultant
Location: Remote
UK hours: 8am-5pm (flexible)

Job Overview
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Consultant who is passionate about engaging with customers and driving growth.
In this key role, you will support healthcare providers across the UK by identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and implementing strategic plans that align with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage potential clients (healthcare providers, clinics, NHS) to present the company’s products and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through follow-ups and excellent communication.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and the client’s offerings to effectively pitch and engage prospects.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in a telesales, telemarketing, or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and managing client relationships.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare or medical sector is a plus but not required.
