Description: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruitment and HR Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent, while also fostering a positive and engaging work environment for our remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates via various platforms, creating and posting tailored job descriptions, and conducting candidate interviews.
  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers and provide prompt feedback on recruitment processes.
  • Moderate the company newsletter Telegram chats.
  • Conduct one-on-one sessions with remote team members to address their needs and concerns.
  • Organize and conduct team-building activities for the remote team.
  • Plan and manage events, and conduct research at the manager's request.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues between colleagues and managers/subordinates.

Requirements

  • English (fluent verbal and written)
  • Availability to work within the EST time zone.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research and identify potential candidates from various sources.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in moderating communication channels and organizing team-building activities.
