Mandatory Technical Skills

• Graduate or high school graduate
• Good Knowledge of written and spoken English
• Dynatrace Associate Certification
• Dynatrace Professional Certification
• DYNATRACE ADMINISTRATION, ELASTIC STACK (ELK)

Preferred Technical Skills

• General IT skills
• Appreciated Knowledge of monitoring processes and tools
• Appreciated a solid understanding of performance analysis, problem resolution, and application and IT infrastructure optimization through advanced usage of application monitoring features.
• Knowledge of connecting and integrating APM tools with other tools and automating monitoring tasks
• At least one/two years of experience on the Practical Experience product
• List work experience and past projects that demonstrate the ability to successfully implement solutions with Dynatrace

Other Skills

• Know how to work effectively within a team, especially with related departments such as DevOps, IT and software development.
• Skills capable of translating technical data into understandable information for non-technical stakeholders.
