Tech Lead – Ruby or Data Science

With Engineering Background:

• Technical Expertise – You have solid experience in setting up web applications with Ruby on Rails in an agile environment and are passionate about the latest approaches, including GraphQL integration, containerization, security enhancements, and the integration of modern front-end frameworks

• Architecture Understanding & Best Practices – You're right at home with software components and interactions, as well as modern web/cloud development and testing methods. Plus, you're experienced with monitoring and logging systems like Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry

With Data Background:

• Technical Expertise & Ingenuity – You have excellent Python skills, a strong understanding of common machine learning algorithms, computational geometry, cloud computing, and the ML software stack, combined with a creative and innovative mindset to tackle challenges and develop effective solutions

In General:

• Team Leadership – At least initial experience in leading smaller development teams, including mentoring team members and contributing to technical decision-making

• Strong Communication Skills – Excellent ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
