Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor


Scope
:

  • 40 hours per week

  • Initial work schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM UK time, Monday through Friday (1-hour unpaid lunch break)

  • Potential for schedule adjustments to cater to different time zones

  • Remote work with regular check-ins and performance reviews


Responsibilities
:

  • Generate 3-4 qualified meetings daily with enterprise-level prospects in the hospitality industry

  • Manage and grow the CEO’s LinkedIn profile, including content posting and audience engagement

  • Conduct outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels

  • Impersonate the CEO in written communications to maintain a consistent brand voice

  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools to identify and engage potential clients

  • Schedule and manage appointments on the CEO’s calendar

  • Track and report on outreach activities and results

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in appointment setting or lead generation

  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn and other social selling techniques

  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style

  • Experience using CRM systems and sales prospecting tools

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal

  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus
