Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-6pm US Eastern Time, includes 1 hr unpaid break


Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and promptly
  • Schedule patient appointments in the practice’s system
  • Collect and enter new patient information and demographics
  • Handle patient billing queries and potentially take payments
  • Provide a positive and helpful experience for all patients
Requirements
  • MUST HAVE Excellent English and Good Mandarin communication skills, both written and verbal (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT VOICE RECORDINGS)
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
  • Comfortable using computer systems and data entry
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities
