The position:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Art Director / Senior Marketing Designer to join our marketing team. Working across both the Pipl and Elephant brands, you will lead the charge in developing and executing our brand identity, creative standards, and visual storytelling. This role spans strategy and execution across multiple mediums, including web, digital, print, and video.


Requirements

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain and evolve each brand’s visual design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure a cohesive and high-quality brand presence.
  • Act as the go-to expert for all things design, advocating for creativity and design thinking within the marketing team and across the broader organization.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing leadership to maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity to align with our business goals and market positioning.
  • Drive design strategies for campaigns, collateral, website updates, social media, video production, and event materials.
  • Design compelling marketing materials, including digital ads, email templates, collateral, social media graphics, and landing pages.
  • Develop print collateral such as brochures, event materials, whitepapers, and sales tools.
  • Collaborate with external vendors or take the lead on producing video content for internal projects, including motion graphics, promotional videos, and webinars.
  • Partner with team members across marketing, sales, and leadership to understand objectives and create tailored visual solutions.
  • Manage external creative vendors, freelancers, or agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables that align with brand standards.
  • Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints, both internal and external.

You are:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a design-focused role such as a marketing designer or similar, preferably within the B2B tech space or related industry.
  • Proven expertise in creating designs for both offline and online projects, with a strong emphasis on designing responsive web pages optimized for desktop and mobile experiences.
  • Exceptional eye for detail, ensuring precision and excellence in design execution.
  • Exceptional skills in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) and Figma or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI image tools such as Midjourney.
  • Familiarity with web tools such as Hubspot and Webflow.
  • Proven ability to design across multiple mediums, including web, digital, print, and video.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work, from branding to integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in building and implementing brand guidelines and design systems.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute design strategies that align with marketing goals and enhance the customer journey.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to present creative ideas and adapt designs based on constructive feedback.
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with trends in marketing design, user experience, and brand storytelling.
