ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY  

We are seeking a Creative Director to work alongside the lead creative director on creative strategy and execution for our global clients, ensuring all deliverables meet our high standards of excellence while driving measurable outcomes. 

To be considered, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in Mexico and are required to be fluent in English and Spanish. 

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Direct creative development across multiple channels including paid search, social media, and performance display
  • Provide strategic creative leadership to ensure campaign effectiveness and brand consistency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative, data-driven creative solutions
  • Review and approve creative deliverables, ensuring alignment with client objectives
  • Guide and mentor creative team members while fostering a culture of innovation

ABOUT YOU 

  • 3+ years of copywriting experience in a digital marketing environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in writing styles
  • Experience writing for digital platforms and social media
  • Excellent grasp of both English and Spanish
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization
  • Ability to write compelling calls-to-action that drive conversions
