We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Norwegian-English Customer Support Agent, also referred to as Happiness Officers, to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering exceptional service through email and live-chat interactions, ensuring a positive experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to assist others and demonstrate composure in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and friendly customer support via email and live chat
  • Translate product information into Norwegian, utilizing easy-to-use tools
  • Regularly moderate and oversee translations contributed by others
  • Assess and address customer inquiries effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in customer support within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English
  • Strong enthusiasm for enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Ability to evaluate and resolve customer issues competently
  • Proficient in managing challenging customer interactions
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping skills

  • Familiarity with Domains, SEO, and Analytics is an advantage
