Job description

Stealth Monitoring is looking for talented individuals like you! Be the next Customer Support Specialist.


Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for Entry Management for English sites by answering calls, checking the cameras and granting access. 


Job Highlights:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer queries by responding to calls from clients of Stealth Monitoring.  
  • Building basic reporting to help track, manage, and improve our efficiency and effectiveness across our communications. 
  • May be required to work in one or multiple work queues/skill sets over various customer contact channels, systems and tools, according to the business needs. 
  •  Delivers at high performance level of response and resolution time, first-contact-resolution and customer satisfaction. 
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of, and adherence to, standard operating procedures. 
  • Escalates issues to the appropriate departments for higher levels of support. 
  • Know and adhere to all current company policies, procedures and protocols and any others which the company may introduce or revise from time to time. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 


Qualifications:

  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Centre, Pasig City. 
  • Open to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays 
  • 2 years of experience 
  • Previous experience in a customer service setting, preferably in BPO and North American clients. 
  • Willingness to learn new technologies in CCTV monitoring 
  • Always remain alert during working hours 
  • Ability to sit for long period of time while carrying out monitoring duties 
  • Ability to respond quickly and decisively to potential security situations 
  • Excellent team player 
  • Flexible in assuming assigned shifts 
  • Computer literate and excellent knowledge/willingness to learn of video monitoring softward 
  • Highly detail-oriented to ensure that all work performed is of the highest quality and meets all defined protocols
