Job description

This is a remote position.

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Freelance Copywriter with 2-5 years of experience to craft engaging and professional content for the Company's social media platforms and press releases. The ideal candidate must have a strong portfolio, showcasing expertise in writing for various digital channels and audiences, with a knack for storytelling that aligns with the Company's branding and vision.

  • Employment Type: Freelance
  • Work Setup: Consultancy arrangement, with at least two in-office days per month for team alignment and participation in important events.
  • Duration: 12-month contract.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Social Media Content Creation
    Write clear, engaging, and informative copy for weekly social media posts across the Company's platforms. 
    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaign ideas and key messaging for social media. 

  • Storytelling
    Co-create clear, creative, and engaging narratives for IT Factor, Promptly Speaking, and other creative assets of the Company.  
  • Press Releases
    Draft and edit monthly press releases that highlight the Company’s initiatives, events, and updates in the IT-BPM sector. 
    Ensure all press releases are professional, aligned with the Company’s voice, and suitable for distribution to media outlets.  
  • Brand Consistency
    Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all written materials. 
    Ensure adherence to the Company’s branding guidelines and communication standards. 
  • Collaboration
    Work closely with the communications and marketing teams to align content with strategic goals. 
    Accept and integrate feedback to refine content and ensure quality. 
 



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. 
  • 2-5 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in corporate communications
  • Proven track record of writing for social media, press releases, or digital marketing campaigns. 
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English. 
  • Ability to write for diverse audiences, from corporate stakeholders to general social media users. 
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their unique content requirements. 
  • A robust portfolio showcasing copywriting work, with examples of social media content and press releases



Salary:

25,000 - 35,000
