Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Specialist to join our partner's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions by conducting rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform manual and automated software testing to identify and address defects.
  • Design, write, and execute test scenarios and cases for various software versions.
  • Conduct API testing using tools like Mocha, REST Assured, and Postman.
  • Utilize test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, or JUnit to enhance testing processes.
  • Manage and track bugs using platforms like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Conduct database operations using SQL to validate and verify data integrity.
  • Create and share detailed test reports, highlighting findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum work environment to deliver high-quality software.
  • Leverage test management tools such as Testrail for efficient test execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in manual and automated software testing.
  • Strong knowledge of writing test scenarios, test reporting, and error management.
  • Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and team collaboration.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a high attention to detail and excellent teamwork skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Effective reporting skills related to test processes and outcomes.
  • Experience with programming languages like TypeScript or Java for test automation.
  • Knowledge of integrating test automation with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
  • Experience in monitoring production environments and performing security testing.
