Job description

This is a remote position.

Department: Marketing
Scheduling: 8-4 pm PST Manilla, 10 am-6 pm AEST.
Type of work: Full-time
Skill level: wanting to see candidates with 3-10 years of experience.
Reports to: Head of Paid Media & Customer Acquisition (Melbourne, Australia based)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and driven Paid Social Specialist who is equally a skilled media buyer and a great communicator. The Paid Social Specialist will manage and optimise all of our Paid Social Channels for various campaigns over our 5 target countries. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in paid social, with a strong understanding of best practice in Meta, Pinterest and TikTok from a buying and creative standpoint. As part of the team, you'll gain exposure to a fast-paced global scale-up, with opportunities to learn and expand your skillsets across the full range of marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Paid media team to develop the campaign brief, including objectives, KPIs, audience, creative types, messaging and copy.
  • Deliver the campaign brief and collaborate with the creative, content and influencer teams, to develop effective ads and copy ensuring the message aligns throughout the campaign funnel through to the landing page.
  • Be responsible for campaign including setups, reporting, insights, optimisation and results against the agreed KPIs
  • Help to develop testing backlogs and implement A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in paid social and share these internally
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
  • Assist with Google advertising campaigns as needed.
  • Assist with Affiliate marketing as needed.

Nice to haves (not mandatory)

  • Google Tag Manager and technical skillset to tag more complex conversion points
  • Google Search experience
  • GA4 experience


Requirements
What we are looking for from a candidate:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in paid social, specifically in Meta
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools like GA4, Meta, and Google Sheets or other dashboards
  • Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Certification in Meta Ads
  • Awareness of data privacy regulations and cookieless advertising strategies.
  • Awareness of multi-touch attribution and media mixed modelling
