*** This position will sit in Bellevue, WA; Overland Park, KS; or Frisco, TX. This is not a remote role - this is a hybrid environment requiring 3 days a week in office.

This role will serve as the Workfront Product Owner, developing and leading the Workfront roadmap, strategy, and implementation. Own the adoption, governance, and administration of the Workfront system. Translate business needs and requirements, and direct team to the product vision. Provide day-to-day support for teams as well as oversee the technical configuration of Workfront.

Expert in Adobe Fusion which will be used not only for Workfront configuration but across the Content Supply Chain.

Serve as the main point of contact for the company in guiding conversations with Adobe for feature implementation, user needs, and licensing structure/costs

Strategically balance business and technology priorities to deliver impactful business outcomes. Oversee the Workfront product configuration life cycle, from identifying user needs to defining user experiences, ensuring successful launches, and driving ongoing enhancements.. You're intuitive and can understand pain points and translate them into actionable features within the product ecosystem. As a product leader you will be responsible for defining a product vision and strategy that is aligned with our 3-5 year long term strategy

Main Responsibilities:

Vision, Strategy, and Analysis.

  • Drive the roadmap and implementation of new functionality, system expansion and optimization, and lead enterprise software integration initiatives, defining requirements as well as testing and troubleshooting (Automation, APIs, and Fusion).
  • Influencing technical and architectural decisions as needed to help TMO build for the future while continuously unlocking business value.
  • Own and manage the Workfront governance structure, serving as an admin, to ensure configuration is meeting Enterprise objectives and business processes are aligned with strategic vision and roadmap.
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership for user management and budget for license allocation
  • Conducts cost-benefit / ROI / NPV analysis, competitive product analysis, to support decision making.
  • Communicates, influences, and sells ideas at Director level and below. This includes regularly delivering product presentations.

External / Internal Stakeholder Evangelist

  • Dedicates time to customers actively meeting with them to build deeper empathy and understand their needs and priorities.
  • Create, manage, foster an active response and feed for customer questions and support – Viva Engage, Teams, SME Network
  • Perform workflow audits, note patterns of behavior and suggest improvement / evolution
  • Customer advocate to provide a consistent experience across workstreams

Product Execution & Delivery

  • Configure Workfront platform to meet business requirements, driving user adoption and providing work management transparency through accurate and effective reports and dashboards
  • Manage as an Admin system optimization, audits, clean-up, data integrity as well as troubleshooting and support.
  • Intake, prioritize, and lead the resolution of user issues and platform defects
  • Work directly with Adobe and IT in the implementation and ongoing maintenance and configuration of Workfront.
  • Review and prepare for Workfront releases, implementing new functionality and communicating new features as needed
  • Accountable for product quality and performance in production environment. Accountable for product team response in event of critical or high impacting defect, including communications to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Own and facilitate Workfront onboarding, including communications and trainings with end users.
  • Identify and resolve issues with the Adobe Workfront software and its integration with other software applications
  • Deep understanding of Adobe Workfront's data model, integration processes, and object types
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion and integrating Adobe AEM Assets with Workfront
  • Adobe Fusion implentatation and configuration across the Content Supply Chain

  • Collaborates and develops positive working relationships with many technical and non-technical teams, including sales, commercial accounting, marketing, legal, go-to-market, and finance. Works with outside partners and other third parties.
  • Develops positive working relationships with Customer groups or Customer Representatives.
  • Maintains professional knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviews professional publications; establishes personal networks; participates in professional societies.
  • Develops adoption tools and training material. 

Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree - preferred

4-7 Years - Relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment.

Proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence.

Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives.

Proven success in delivering software with Agile Scrum methodologies

Strong requirements elicitation, and proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences.

Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives, Features and User Stories that the DevOps teams can ingest.

Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Workfront Core Developer Expert

Adobe Certified Professional - Adobe Fusion

Base Pay Range: $100,100 - $180,600

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
