Job description

As a Senior Scrum Master, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of a cross-functional Scrum team. You'll champion agile principles, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and guide the team towards achieving high-value outcomes.

Empower and Coach: Lead and enable team members to embrace self-management and work collaboratively across functions.
Focus on Value: Guide the team to define "done" and deliver incremental value through effective sprint planning and execution.
Remove Impediments: Identify and proactively resolve roadblocks that hinder team progress.
