We are currently searching for a Scrum Master to lead Data Migration and Integration projects:

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for multiple agile teams, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
• Manage integration efforts for payment solutions with platforms like Salesforce, SAP, and other internal systems.
• Lead data migration projects, maintaining data integrity, validation, and consistency.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, and stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, addressing productivity challenges and enhancing team efficiency.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including user stories, specifications, and progress reports.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide regular status updates to project leads and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master.
• Hands-on experience with data migration and integration projects, particularly involving Salesforce and SAP.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and principles.
• Proven ability to facilitate effective communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
