Job description

ORGANIZATION

Belgian, growing company active in the industrial sector.

YOUR ROLE

As a hands-on HR Manager, you will ensure the continuity of HR operations while driving strategic improvements. You will:

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for white- and blue-collar employees as well as management.

  • Manage HR processes with a focus on compliance and alignment with organizational goals, including reviewing policies, contracts, and compensation frameworks.

  • Optimize HR tools and systems to improve efficiency and ensure effective data management.

  • Coordinate talent management efforts, contributing to recruitment, retention, and learning & development programs.

  • Managing compensation packages, including salary structures, benefits (e.g., cafetariaplan), and payroll policies.

  • Collaborating with teams to improve workflows, foster employee engagement, and contribute to overall organizational effectiveness.
