As a hands-on HR Manager, you will ensure the continuity of HR operations while driving strategic improvements. You will:
Serve as the primary HR contact for white- and blue-collar employees as well as management.
Manage HR processes with a focus on compliance and alignment with organizational goals, including reviewing policies, contracts, and compensation frameworks.
Optimize HR tools and systems to improve efficiency and ensure effective data management.
Coordinate talent management efforts, contributing to recruitment, retention, and learning & development programs.
Managing compensation packages, including salary structures, benefits (e.g., cafetariaplan), and payroll policies.
Collaborating with teams to improve workflows, foster employee engagement, and contribute to overall organizational effectiveness.
