Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant
Location:
Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1900 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. This critical role involves supporting the firm's day-to-day operations, assisting with legal case management, and ensuring smooth workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate case preparation, including scheduling and document management.
  • Handle client communications promptly and professionally.
  • Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and task lists.
  • Interact with court staff and administrative agencies.
  • Prepare, finalize, and send legal correspondence.
  • Update and manage case and document management systems.
  • Assist with obtaining and organizing insurance and medical records.


Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms like Zoom.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet (minimum 35 Mbps download, 15 Mbps upload), computer, and noise-canceling headset.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in a legal or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with case management software (training can be provided).
