Reporting to the CRO, the Regional Vice President of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic direction within the Enterprise Sales Team.

This role is accountable for leading and coaching the Account Executive team, which requires abusiness-oriented strategic thinking sales executive who recognizes changing market dynamicsand contributes to the next chapter of Axonify’s sales expansion and aggressive growth targets.Developing and implementing the strategy for long term plans and short-term tactics, this rolehas direct responsibility for the team’s business goals/targets, deal strategy, demos and peopleplans to ensure the budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.

The impact you'll have:
  • Strategize and lead the Account Executive team, influencing and executing the strategy and planning of the sales function as well as being an integral part of deal strategy
  • Build, hire and manage a high performing team, continually reviewing the changing needs of the business to iterate and plan efficient and effective organizational structure while actively participating in the development of talent and succession planning
  • Strategize with Chief Revenue Officer to determine business objectives, people development plans and scaling processes
  • Devise and deploy all sales goals and objectives across the teams, including the preparation of sales quotas and budgets
  • Drive sales best practices and evaluating, creating and taking on new initiatives
  • Manage a business that moves quickly and mirrors the performance of the larger sales organization to increase revenue YoY
  • Measure progress through pipeline build, accurate forecasting, quota achievement, customer acquisition cost and demonstration of best practices around sales leadership and coaching
  • Integrate and align sales strategies with talent, processes, IT systems, and other areas to increase Salesforce capability and success
  • Foster an engaging work environment consistent with the company culture

  • Things you'll bring:
  • 10+ years of practical enterprise sales experience combined with sales management, preference of selling into retail, grocery and F&I
  • Experience in managing, training and leading sales teams through effective coaching and mentoring.
  • Data-driven mindset and strong business acumen to identify key performance gaps and market opportunities
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams through complex SaaS Software sales, preferably in a disruptive market.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client relationships, prospecting and negotiating large deals, with the ability to coach an opportunity from lead through to close.
  • Highly collaborative leader with the ability to work cross-functionally and provide industry insights to various stakeholders across the business
  • Strong leadership skills to drive team results and exceed sales targets while challenging others to deliver results
  • Ability to handle pressures and meet deadlines, using superior time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in defining and tracking metrics and developing processes to improve department performance
