How we LEAD:
The Analyst, Privacy Operations is a member of the newly formed Privacy Operations team reporting into the Director, Privacy Operations. This individual will execute, under supervision of the Director, the day-to-day Privacy operations and governance processes working in close collaboration with UMG’s Global Privacy Office. The Analyst will work on the deployment and operations of UMG’s new Consent Management Platform, which is being rolled out globally across all of UMG’s Artist Web Sites, Stores and Apps. He/she will also serves as the primary resource supporting Privacy Operations, Audits/scans, Reporting and issue resolution
How you’ll CREATE:
- Work with Global Privacy to ensure the correct Privacy Policy is displayed by the Consent Management Platform (CMP) depending on Territory, Purpose etc. as new sites/stores/apps are rolled out or legal disclosure requirements change. Analyst works with Tech as required to ensure Privacy Policies and disclosures are correctly served to fans given technical or formatting requirement specific to an Artist/Territory/Brand site technology.
- Work with Global Privacy on global execution/coordination of DSAR requests, and other data requests as required by Global Privacy, Legal etc.
- Work with Tech on maintenance of UMG’s DSAR automations and CMP integrations as UMG’s Global Fan Data and eCommerce platforms are developed.
- Update the CMP with allowable cookies and their category OR works with teams to address risk concerns raised by Global Privacy.
- Run and share data collection/consent reports and analytics with Global Privacy and the business teams as required.
- Coordinate and compile data etc. as needed by Global Privacy in the development and documentation of Risk Assessments (DPIA, LIA etc.)
- Analyst manages, under Director’s supervision, and executes CMP Access Administration Processes
Bring your VIBE:
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience, preferably working in Privacy or Data Governance for Global, complex direct-to-consumer organizations.
- Proven analyst skills – data, systems and process analysis, documentation, facilitation/coordination
- Hands-on experience operating Enterprise, integrated Consent Management and Governance Platforms such as Transcend.io, OneTrust or similar.
- Comfortable working across functions, territories in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree desirable
- Privacy Certifications (CIPP, CIPM or equivalent) or equivalent work experience is a definite plus.
