🫵 Why We Need You
As a Junior Web Support Specialist, you’ll handle various administrative tasks, including publishing, maintaining, and troubleshooting WordPress websites. You’ll manage security protocols, create backups, and resolve domain, server, and hosting-related issues.
In this role, you’ll develop technical expertise to manage clients’ websites, focusing on publishing, performance, and security. You’ll gain confidence in updating and troubleshooting WordPress and WPEngine, managing hosting platforms, and applying cybersecurity and performance updates.
🚀 The Impact You’ll Have
- Launch new client websites and distribute them efficiently across available servers.
- Configure website reporting and set up third-party tools like IDX and Search Console.
- Oversee the takedown process for removed client sites and manage Bluescreen for suspended sites.
- Monitor active sites to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
- Serve as the liaison between the Hosting provider and the company, addressing active issues, coordinating programmed maintenance, and collaborating with the Product Development team on operational changes (e.g., PHP update).
- Support additional duties and projects as assigned.
✅ What We Really Need From You
- Experience as a Website Administrator.
- Experience publishing WordPress sites and managing Hosting.
- Familiarity with web performance and debugging tools.
- Professional English skills to effectively communicate with management and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to break down complex projects into manageable tasks.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent IT certifications.
