Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
  • Experience in closing positions globally: APAC, LATAM, EU regions preferred.
  • Familiarity with different ATS.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with various sourcing strategies.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles globally, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define job requirements.
  • Source candidates via job boards, social media platforms, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting.
  • Provide valuable insights into market trends, salary expectations, and hiring best practices.
