Campaign Manager - Paid Media Specialist

Full-time (40-Hours Per Week), Remote

As a Campaign Manager – Paid Media Specialist, you will drive the execution and optimization of data-driven marketing campaigns that fuel business growth and brand impact. Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage paid media campaigns across platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital channels.

  • Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle from setup to optimization and reporting, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and marketing goals.

  • Optimize performance by analyzing key metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA), conducting A/B tests, adjusting bids, and refining audience targeting.

  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align campaign messaging and ensure effective ad formats and assets.

  • Develop insightful performance reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Manage and allocate budgets to maximize ROI, reallocating resources to high-performing campaigns as needed.

  • Stay updated on platform changes, market trends, and best practices in digital advertising to drive innovation.

  • Conduct competitive research to identify new opportunities for paid media strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms.

  • Proven track record of optimizing KPIs, including ROAS, CTR, and CPA.

  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred).

  • Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective collaboration with stakeholders.

  • A growth mindset, adaptability to platform changes, and a passion for continuous learning.
