The Opportunity:
GR0 is seeking a proactive, strategic, and experienced TikTok Shop Campaign Manager to join our growing eCommerce team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2+ years of hands-on TikTok Shop experience, who’s not just passionate about social commerce—but thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where they can own outcomes, grow client revenue, and innovate alongside platform partners.
As a TikTok Shop Campaign Manager, you’ll own the entire client relationship—from initial audits and opportunity development to campaign execution and performance reporting. You'll also serve as a direct liaison with TikTok as part of our role as a TikTok Shop Service Provider (TSP), helping to guide strategy, troubleshoot issues, and test emerging features, tools, and betas that can improve client outcomes and reduce operating inefficiencies.

What you’ll do:Own day-to-day strategy and performance across TikTok Shop for multiple D2C clientsServe as the main point of contact for TikTok Shop client programs, including setup, content approval, fulfillment troubleshooting, performance reporting, and optimizationLiaise directly with TikTok to advocate for client needs, unlock new beta tools, resolve support issues, and drive co-marketing opportunities as part of our TSP relationshipProactively pitch new ideas, features, and cost-reduction opportunities to clients and internal teams based on platform updates and creator trendsAudit and update product listings regularly to stay compliant with TikTok’s evolving guidelines, especially in health, beauty, and supplement categoriesCommunicate with creators and affiliates through TikTok Creator Marketplace, Slack, and email—pitching products, negotiating rates, and optimizing commission structuresApprove and boost creator content aligned with brand goals; request edits when necessaryTroubleshoot common TikTok Shop issues (e.g., video syncing, product bugs, order fulfillment) in coordination with Shopify and third-party tools like AfterShipTrack affiliate and creator performance, identify high performers, and build ongoing activation strategiesManage TikTok Shop promotional campaigns and discount product registration (e.g., Black Friday, Summer Sale)Create detailed TikTok Shop audits and opportunity assessments for prospective clients during the pre-sale stage, including competitor benchmarking and sales forecastingMaintain internal documentation and actively collaborate with cross-functional teams (Paid Media, SEO, Creative) to align TikTok Shop with broader eCommerce goalsReport on campaign performance with actionable insights and clear visualizationsAct as the internal knowledge base for TikTok Shop best practices, trends, and community-building tacticsStay ahead of TikTok algorithm shifts, affiliate marketplace trends, and content strategy changes to ensure clients remain competitive and scalableWho you are:You have 1.5+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing sales on TikTok Shop, including product listings, promotional strategies, and influencer collaborations.You are empathetic with a high EQ and can read people and pivot/adapt to strengthen relationships.You are well-organized and can juggle competing client priorities and deadlines while remaining self-motivated and attentive to detail and accuracy.You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and have experience presenting to senior-level client contacts.You enjoy working with project management frameworks to track and complete key deliverables and outstanding items.You enjoy meeting with clients and discussing results with them, and can reassure them when KPI’s are below their goals.You are experimental and highly analytical, and very comfortable using data to drive your decisions.You’ve built TikTok Shop audits and strategic proposals for prospective or current clientsYou are fluent in the TikTok Shop ecosystem—including logistics, content review, commissions, product approvals, and ad boostingYou’ve worked on sales-focused product listings, creator collaboration, and platform troubleshootingYou are passionate about working across various industries and helping small and medium businesses scale their sales and digital presence.30/60/90 Success Targets:30 days: Take over strategy and direction of assigned TikTok clients and execute on that strategy. Onboard and learnhow to navigate the agency’s internal personnel and platforms. Get up to speed with department processes. Get up to speed on existing clients and assist with day to day execution of TikTok Shop clients.60 days: Own assigned VA tasks and ensure they are effectively executing on them.90 days: Be able to onboard new TikTok Shop clients as the sole department representative. Take on some of the TikTok Shop auditing responsibilities.KPIs:Client churn % - less than 5% of MRR per quarter.Client performance - increase in relevant comps MoM or YoY for tracked KPIs.Maintain an average client relationship of 1 year.What does the hiring process entail?Stage 1 (Recruiter Screen) - After you submit your application, our talent recruitment team will review and reach out to candidates.
