Your Role:

As a Channel Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in accelerating Hadrian’s Go-to-Market motion in the United States and transforming the organisation into channel-first. Working in a fast paced, high growth environment you will be building a repeatable sales model with MSSPs, VARs, consultancies and SIs to distribute Hadrian’s unique technology. Your passion for cybersecurity as well as your experience, deep knowledge and network in the field will be of paramount importance.


What you will do as Channel Sales Manager - USA at Hadrian:
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Nurture and build new relationships in the US partner ecosystem. Recruit new partners, structure deals, and develop joint partner plans with mutual objectives and financial targets.
  • Partner Onboarding and Enablement: Onboard and enable channel partners to identify and close deals. Collaborate on creating region-specific action plans. Regularly monitor, report on and support partners to ensure recruitment, growth and sales metrics are met.
  • Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to establish effective GTM plans. Co-create collateral, marketing campaigns and other initiatives to drive performance of partners.

You are fit for this job because you have:
  • 4-5+ years of experience selling to channel partners in cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of selling SaaS technology, exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization from senior leaders to security practitioners
  • Ability to drive deliverables and results which involve people across the organization.
  • Consistent discretion, good judgment, and ability to maintain appropriate confidentiality.
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a self-driven work environment, strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and self-directed.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have built channel for a successful scale up and/or an offensive security vendor
  • Demonstrable success in developing a high volume/value sales model with MSSPs
