About The Job
Dudek is seeking a Sr. Benefits Compliance Audit Specialist Compliance to oversee and manage compliance-related activities, including ESOP administration, VEBA Trust, 401(k), and federal reporting. The Sr. Benefits Compliance Audit Specialist will work closely with Dudek leadership and reporting to the Controller, serving as a point of contact for external partners, and ensure timely and accurate audits and filings.

Duties and Responsibilities (may include some or all of the below):

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
4-5 years of experience in audit / compliance roles related to benefits, 401(k), and federal reporting.
Strong understanding of ESOP, VEBA Trust, and 401(k) administration.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage confidential information and work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in federal reporting for contracts.
Familiarity with benefits audits and administration.
Prior experience in Architecture-Engineering-Construction (AEC) industry.

Working Conditions:

This job operates in a remote or office-based environment and this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, etc.
This job requires occasional project site visits-based outdoors which can include excessive noise, uneven walking surfaces, extreme weather, moving vehicles and equipment.

This job requires working on a computer, sitting or standing for long periods of time in an office or remote office setting.

Proposed Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000 annually*

*Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individual’s related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
