About This Position

 We are seeking a Director of Product to join our growing team. This position is responsible for aligning product vision and strategy with business goals, and the hands-on management of the product team to ensure the on-time and accurate delivery of software solutions.

This is a full-time position, and can be remote or on-site in our Lexington, KY office. Occasional travel is required.  

What You'll Do:  

• Own the product vision and strategy, working with leadership to ensure alignment with business goals and customer commitments.
• Provide visibility to product direction and roadmaps
• Understand our customer needs, seek commonality, and suggest efficient strategies for improving solutions and delivery new features
• Manage Product teams, recognize gaps, and mentor individual contributors
• Provide guidance on best practices and work with teams to improve internal processes

What We're Looking For:  

• 5+ years of product management leadership experience
• Proven ability to mentor and develop a team of Product Owners and Product Managers
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to drive innovation
• Technical background with hands-on experience in software development
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based data technologies (Azure preferred)
• Experience in Agile Scrum environments.

Bonus points for:  

• Experience in animal health, pet, or related markets 
• Experience working specifically with data solutions
