THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a STAFF PRODUCT MANAGER to our EXPLORE USER EXPERIENCE team in BRAZIL!
The Consumer Experience team in Product & Technology is responsible for evolving our product towards providing a simple, engaging and delightful experience to attract and retain more subscribers, helping them start and cultivate their wellbeing journey with Wellhub.
The Explore User Experience team's goal is to evolve the Wellhub app's Explore experience to provide users with an increasingly intuitive and personalized platform for discovering our diverse range of partners and activities, showcasing Wellhub' value proposition to contribute to attracting and retaining subscribers.

YOUR IMPACT
- Drive the product vision and execution for providing a great exploration experience for our Members and Subscribers, aiming at attracting and retaining subscribers
- Drive product requirements definition, actively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders within Wellhub to propose new product solutions as well as to continuously review and improve the current product functionality and performance;
- Build, communicate and discuss your product vision with internal stakeholders;
- Drive product planning, build and manage high quality product roadmaps;
- Work closely with data, product design and engineering teams to design and deliver well rounded, scalable and stunning products;
- Create OKRs, goals, metrics and track their progress;
- Manage our backlog and lead meetings with engineers and designers

WHO YOU ARE
- Strong experience leading the product development of relevant consumer digital products, in close collaboration with engineering and design team members;
- Hands on mindset, entrepreneurial and self-driven spirit with a great desire to make things happen;
- Analytical and quantitative skills is a must, ability to use data and metrics to generate insights, iterate and improve the product;
- Strong problem solving - be able to structure problems, prioritize and make pragmatic decisions in unstructured environments;
- Capacity to identify and connect users needs and business needs, and develop effective ideas to meet them
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and intricate user flows and translate them into a simple, friendly and intuitive solutions and product, with attention to details
- Ability to discuss high-level product decisions as well as technical details effectively when necessary
- Seen as a plus:
- Experience in mobile product development. Web product experience;
- Experience with Explore / Search experiences in consumer digital products, as well as experience with subscription-based consumer digital products;
- Experience in agile development environments
