We're looking for a Regional Sales Director for our Workday Practice who is passionate about helping Workday clients achieve their initial goals set during software acquisition. 

This individual producer role is responsible for managing their business territory while developing a sales pipeline of new customers for anything post initial go-live including Phase X, AMS, AWS migration, and so much more for post-production support. The Regional Sales Director educates potential new customers on the ERPA Customer for Life engagement journey and offers solutions to maximize the return on their investment in Workday.

We are building a talent pipeline for future openings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new opportunities and develop a consistent sales pipeline for ERPA’s Workday Practice Group

  • Successfully grow the Workday Practice by establishing yourself as a key Workday solutions advisor with deep knowledge of the Workday ecosystem

  • Develop a business plan targeting new business via the many channels in the Workday ecosystem, including Customers, Partners, and our colleagues at Workday

  • Educate potential new customers on the ERPA Customer for Life engagement journey and offer solutions to maximize the return on their Workday investment

  • Work collaboratively with our solutions team to win new business, close sales, and reach quarterly and annual sales objectives within an assigned territory

  • Serve as an internal Workday Ambassador and share best practices with team members

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

  • Provide a high level of customer service and strategically cultivate additional business while updating customers about new Workday features, enhancements, etc.

  • Meet regularly with ERPA’s Corporate Sales Development Rep to ensure alignment on territory development plan

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred

  • Ability to travel up to 30%, as needed

  • 3+ years of Workday sales experience is required - Professional services sales experience or experience selling consulting services for a Workday Partner is required

  • Broad Workday knowledge is required

  • Must have a successful track record of generating new business within the Workday ecosystem and meeting/exceeding sales targets Year over Year through multiple selling channels

  • Experience working as part of the sales team and sharing best practices to help one another achieve success

  • Previous experience successfully owning all aspects of the sales cycle is required

  • Must be organized, assertive, and take the necessary steps to meet/exceed sales targets

  • Must demonstrate the ability to thrive in a boutique environment and work independently with minimal direction

  • Exceptional presentation skills are required. Must be comfortable presenting to all levels of employees, including C-Suite

  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Previous CRM experience with Salesforce or a similar program for lead and account management is required

  • Must be passionate about helping customers find post go-live solutions to their current systems ownership challenges
