Overview
ISS STOXX is growing! We seek a Client Success Manager to contribute to our expanding success and join our Governance team based at our Tokyo office- Japan.
The Client Success Manager - Governance reports to Japan Head of Client Success and is a point of contact between clients and ISS in their proxy voting activities. The role handles client inquiries about our portal, ProxyExchange, ballot status etc. to ensure their smooth voting activities. The role also has some operational responsibilities that involves exchanging emails with clients and custodian on conventional domestic ballots.
The Client Success Manager - GovernanceはJapan Head of Client Successにレポートし、クライアントの議決権行使におけるISSのコンタクトポイントになります。クライアントの円滑な議決権行使をサポートする為、ISSのポータルであるProxyExchangeの機能やバロッツの状況等に関するクライアントの照会に対応します。また、このポジションは議決権行使に関する一定のオペレーション的役割も担っていて、従来型の国内バロッツについてクライアントやカストディアンとの間で指図情報の授受を行います。
Responsibilities of Client Success Manager - Governance include the following:
Handle inquiries from clients on ProxyExchange and other ISS' proxy voting products;
Show demos of our proxy voting products;
Handle client inquiries about the statuses of ballots and liaise with ballot providers and custodians as necessary;
Receive and send conventional domestic ballots via email with clients and trust banks;
Support clients' effort in organizing their reports to their clients (asset owners);
Handle clients' regular due diligence requests.

クライアントのアセット・オーナー向けレポート作成のサポート
クライアントの定期的なデュー・ディリジェンス・リクエストへの対応
Qualifications
Bachelor or Masters degree in business, finance, marketing, communications or related field preferred but not essential
With 3-5 years industry experience in a Client-facing and/or Client Service role handling institutional clients
Candidates with operational background would have advantage
With business level English communication skills
Has strong account management and engagement skills
Willingness to learn the proxy voting mechanism and develop further in the role
Proficiency in MS Office with emphasis on Excel
Amenable with a hybrid work arrangement- 3 days in the office and 2 days' work from home per week

金融業界におけるクライアントとのコミュニケーションやクライアントサービス業務の3-5年程度の経験
オペレーション業務の経験があると有利
優れたクライアント・マネジメント・スキル
ビジネスレベルの英語力
議決権行使メカニズムを学び専門性を追求して行こうとする強い意志
Excelを中心とするMS Officeの経験
「週3日出社-2日在宅勤務」のハイブリッド勤務に対応出来ること
