The Senior Program Manager, Impact will play a critical role in managing relationships with external partners, internal partners and key district leaders engaged in Impact programs.
The primary responsibilities of the Senior Program Manager will be to support program development, oversee program logistics and communications to success for district partners. The Senior Program Manager will support the execution of workshops designed to support participant knowledge and relationship building. They will create and implement a project plan to support the program implementation. They will also build and maintain external relationships with districts in order to keep them informed of the program developments and resources.
They will build and maintain internal relationships with various Amplify teams such as the Customer Success, PD, Sales and Marketing teams to keep them informed of program updates, cross team insights and field inquiries on data and strategy.
The Senior Program Manager will take on supporting external relationships held by the Impact team. This includes external research relationships with third parties and industry leaders. They will serve as the point of contact for these relationships and keep the Impact leadership team informed of progress and developments.
The Senior Program Manager will field requests from internal and external teams and will support the VP of Strategy and Insights and the VP of Customer Transformation in the prioritization, communication and execution of strategic projects. The Senior Program Manager will have critical importance when it comes to the consideration of potential projects and program decisions. They will need to think through the potential impacts on internal systems, processes and teams. They will need to evaluate the potential benefits, necessary resources and challenges to present to the VP of Strategy and Insights and the VP of Customer Transformation.
The Senior Program Manager must be able to meet onsite with external partners to offer program support and relationship building. They will also need to attend in person team meetings to support the strategic planning for program development and meeting Impact team goals. They will attend conferences and industry events, as needed, to support the Impact team and gather information on developments, innovations and trends in the field and our competitors.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, intuitive, results-driven education leader who uses data to make decisions and ensures outstanding support to our Impact partners and all key stakeholders. He or she will combine a capacity for systems and strategic thinking, deep instructional knowledge, attention to detail, excellent project management skills, and strong relationship building skills with critical internal and external stakeholders to ensure a successful program implementation. The Senior Program Manager will report directly to the VP of Strategy and Insights.
Essential Responsibilities:
The Impact Senior Program Manager will:
Serve as primary contact for partnership at the district level by providing regular program updates, fielding inquiries, sharing data trends and building relationships and connections among participants.
Create and implement project plans to successfully oversee the project and regularly provide updates on implementation to internal leadership and district leadership
Lead development of program goals, key routines and correlating assets, and best practices for implementation in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Support the development and execution of program workshops
Build relationships with district leaders and industry peers through in-person visits, team meetings and conferences
Be the primary contact and lead for external partnerships and research relationships, provide regular updates to the VP of Strategy and Insights
Routinely analyze project-wide data to identify trends, codify findings and prioritize project needs
Communicate regularly with internal Customer Success teams, Enrollment teams, Sales teams, and others to ensure alignment
Develop and monitor satisfaction and feedback surveys in order to improve systems and structures
Field project and presentation requests for the Impact team from internal and external teams, vet them against our strategic plan and priorities and present them to the VP of Strategy and Insights for consideration
Build transparency for both internal and external teams to show visibility and insights
Serve as a key partner to the VP of Strategy and Insights, organizing program elements, supporting communication internally and externally, supporting prioritization and resource allocation to programs and projects to meet Impact goals, coordinating internal and external teams
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of PK-12 school based experience
Experience managing district relationships
Experience successfully implementing large-scale projects
Experience developing and maintaining a project plan
Attentive to details related to communication, program management and project milestones and timelines
Understanding of data analysis and applied methodologies in order to drive instruction and increase student achievement
Knowledge of instructional strategies and practices, including methods of differentiating instruction and fostering student engagement
Experience in leading instructional change with a school, district, or state setting
Proficient with technology (Google Meet, Google docs, Google Suite/platforms)
Demonstrated experience handling complex projects in school/district settings
Preferred Qualifications:
Background with change management/implementation science
Knowledge of and experience using Amplify products
Knowledge of the Science of Reading

The gross salary range for this role is $80,000-$95,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
