We invite a B2C Marketing Manager to join the VeliPlay product team!

Housed within the innovative umbrella of VeliTech, VeliPlay is our dedicated game development studio specialising in crafting exceptional crash games and more. We’re committed to delivering cutting-edge games that engage players with outstanding mechanics and envelop them in rich, immersive narratives.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2C marketing strategies to generate player demand for VeliPlay’s games
  • Research, identify, and evaluate appropriate influencer marketing agencies and individual influencers who align with our target audience in different markets
  • Create and manage VeliPlay’s B2C social media accounts and content strategy
  • Create and manage influencer marketing campaigns to promote our games in target markets
  • Plan and implement street marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and game popularity
  • Coordinate outdoor advertising campaigns, including big boards and other relevant formats
  • Develop engaging content for social media platforms popular among iGaming enthusiasts
  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to reach and engage potential players
  • Analyze player behavior and preferences to inform marketing strategies and game promotion
  • Measure and report on the performance of B2C marketing initiatives and their impact on game demand
  • Collaborate with the B2B team to align player demand generation with operator acquisition strategies
  • Stay updated on regional iGaming trends and adapt marketing approaches accordingly
  • Manage relationships with selected influencers, marketing agencies, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations and responsible gaming practices
  • Proactively identify new marketing opportunities and propose innovative ideas for player engagement
  • Tailor marketing approaches for different regional iGaming markets, with a focus on Africa, Asia, and Latin America
Skills and experience you will need:
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in the iGaming or gaming industry
  • A strong foundation in B2C marketing principles and strategies, with a proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for game product
  • Strong experience with B2C social media content creation and management
  • Demonstrated ability to research, evaluate, and select appropriate influencer marketing agencies and individual influencers who resonate with the target audience
  • Hands-on experience with influencer marketing, street marketing, and outdoor advertising campaigns
  • Proficiency in social media marketing and community management for gaming or entertainment products
  • Experience in creating and implementing localized marketing strategies for diverse markets
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, developed through handling multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously
  • A data-driven approach to marketing with proficiency in analytics tools, necessary for measuring campaign performance and understanding player behaviour
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, honed through creating compelling content and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, essential for reaching and engaging online gaming audiences
  • Strategic thinking ability, aligning player-focused marketing efforts with overall business goals and iGaming industry trends
  • Familiarity with the iGaming industry, and understanding of player preferences and behaviors
  • A proactive mindset with a talent for identifying and pursuing new opportunities for player engagement and game promotion
  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written)
